Street-level life, outdoor seating in good weather and close cultural venues define the neighbourhood vibe.

Obwohl wir nur eine Nacht hier waren, haben wir den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Tolle Einrichtung, raffinierter Schnitt, geschmackvoll gestaltet und Platz ohne Ende! Der absolute Hammer war jedoch die Terrasse, von der man auf beide begrünten Höfe blicken kann. Das ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Very walkable for daily needs, dining and nightlife. The Karl‑Liebknecht‑Straße corridor is served by multiple tram stops (Hohe Straße / Südplatz / Karl‑Liebknecht‑/Kurt‑Eisner‑Straße etc.), giving frequent tram links to the central station and across the city. Short bike trips are easy and many streets have bike lanes. Car access is possible but on‑street parking is paid and often limited; there are a few public parking garages near Südplatz. Taxis and ride‑hailing are readily available.
